Outlook integration is now live

  • Users can connect Outlook and Microsoft 365 accounts via Microsoft sign-in and Microsoft Graph — full inbox triage, drafting, archiving, and automation supported.
  • Gmail connection is temporarily unavailable while Google app verification completes; it will be enabled as soon as Google approves our OAuth scopes.
  • Product messaging and legal pages now reflect Outlook-first availability and a clear “Gmail coming soon” state across the site.

Grok AI fallback + HTML email rendering

  • Grok (xAI) is now available as an automatic AI fallback. If the primary provider (Groq) is unavailable, requests are seamlessly routed to Grok with no action required and no visible interruption.
  • Email bodies now render as full HTML in the inbox viewer — images, formatting, branding, and layout all display exactly as sent, fetched on demand from your connected provider.
  • Status page now shows both AI providers (primary + fallback) with individual health checks.
  • Draft reply attribution fixed — generated drafts are now correctly written from the user to the sender, not the other way around.
  • Inbox redesign: cleaner rows, no avatars, proper time formatting (2:34 PM / Mon / Mar 18), unread dot indicator, text-only action buttons.

Snooze + Daily Digest

  • Snooze any email from the inbox — later today, tomorrow morning, weekend, or next week. Email returns automatically when the snooze expires.
  • Daily digest email delivered every morning at 8am summarising what the agent processed: emails triaged, drafts generated, urgent items, and auto-archived count.
  • Unsubscribe from the daily digest at any time via notification preferences in Settings.

  • Inbox chat is now available on Founder and Team plans. Talk to the agent about any email in natural language.

  • Chat history preserved per email thread.

Reliability update

  • Gmail token refresh now handles edge cases where Google returns an unexpected 401 mid-session. Automatic retry with exponential backoff added.
  • Agent runs now continue processing remaining emails if the AI provider returns an error on a single email. Previously the entire run would fail.
  • Rate limiting improved — the 2-minute cooldown between manual runs now resets correctly after a scheduled run completes.
  • Run log now shows duration in seconds for runs under 60 seconds.
