How we work
Remote-first. Async by default. We have no office and no plans to get one. We hire the best people regardless of where they are and trust them to do great work.
We work in short focused cycles — typically two weeks. No standups. No status meetings. Communication is written and asynchronous unless a synchronous conversation is genuinely the fastest way to solve a problem.
We believe that small teams with high autonomy outperform large teams with heavy process every time. We intend to stay small for as long as possible.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer who is comfortable owning large parts of a production codebase. You will work across the Next.js frontend, Supabase backend, Microsoft Graph and Gmail integrations, and our AI inference pipeline. Experience with AI/LLM integration is a strong plus but not required — curiosity and the ability to learn fast matter more. We use TypeScript everywhere. You should be comfortable with Postgres, REST APIs, and building things that actual users depend on.
